It’s preserving an historic collection, for future generations to enjoy

In terms of both quality and diversity, the Horological collection across the Royal residences is outstanding.

Joining our team of specialists, you’ll oversee and restore an array of timepieces. You'll carry out a wide-range of conservation activities, undertaking detailed condition surveys, before employing the best techniques for each item.

Preserving a collection that’s on display and appreciated by thousands every year will inspire you to achieve the highest standard of conservation in all you do.

We are looking for both a Conservator, and Senior Conservator.

About you

With a professional qualification in Horology, in-depth knowledge of clock mechanisms, and practical experience of horological conservation-restoration treatments, you’re the expert we’re looking for. For our senior role, you’ll have more extensive experience.

You’ll also be highly organised and flexible in approach, we can rely on you to take initiative, evaluate items, and make decisions when needed.

You may have previous management experience, but it’s your ability to collaborate and engage with people at all levels, that will make you an asset to our team.
